NARATEEN SUBCOMMITTEE
OBJECTIVE
-
Narateen is an important part of the worldwide fellowship of Nar-Anon Family Groups. Narateen provides support and hope to young people whose lives have been affected by a relative or friend’s addiction. Narateen meetings are organized and monitored by certified volunteer Nar-Anon members known as Adult Facilitators.
-
The SoCal Region Narateen Committee has joined forces with the Central and Northern California regions to form "CAN" (California Narateen) as a way to pool resources and reduce duplicating administrative efforts which are very complex regarding compliance and regulatory laws in the State of CA.
-
CAN is actively organizing a presence for Narateen within California and we're planning on announcing new meetings very soon.
-
We are currently actively recruiting and training volunteers to serve as Adult Facilitators for our meetings and/or to serve on our committee. Any member who is interested in volunteering is encouraged to email: Narateen@naranoncentralca.org

-
